Kaprun
Kaprun is an ideal place to spend either a winter or a summer holiday.
In Kaprun there are ski slopes with drag lifts for beginners or lower intermediates (the closest one is only 400m from the apartment). A Ski Bus stop for the glacier is only 300m away from the apartment. There are very well kept ski cross-country runs through the town,and a sledge run. Kaprun is located on the Taurus Cycle path. Zellersee Lake in Zell am see town provides swimming in drinking quality water and is connected to Kaprun by a cycle path. In Kaprun there is a newly opened Wellness centre with several pools. There is a children‘s water world and a separate sauna and relaxation area.

Tauren Spa, swimming
The Tauern Spa Complex in Kaprun was opened in 2010. It offers swimming pools either for fitness swimming or for leisure swimming and includes a spa water world, spa sauna world and children‘s aquapark. The lake Zeller by the Zell am See offers swimming, surfing, sailing, kiting, waterskiing, kayaking and fishing in drinking quality water with the best view over the Alps and is connected to Kaprun by a cycle path.
